Fast paced Team with a mixture of circuits, sled work, full body movements, medicine ball work, and core work. Take 90. Take back your life.
STRENGTH SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Work out with a trainer with up to 4 in group. Learn revolving variations of movement using Barbells, Dumbells, Bench, etc. Focused like 1to1, while sharing the cost. Emphasis on proper technique and cues so that patterns are ingrained.
1 to 1 TRAINING
Work with one of our coaches whose focus is a full fitness assessment of your bodies mechanics. A customized training program that teaches correct technique based on assessment. Adding stability & mobility to assist your daily living outside of the gym.
